The Gilthead Seabream or Daurade is a firm, tasty fish with a silver colored skin; it is eaten in multiple forms and appreciated by all: sautéed, grilled or baked, steamed, or on bbq! It only requires cooking under supervision so as not to dry it out. The gilthead sea bream is considered as the "real bream", a title to which are not entitled the pink or gray species, which are less popular.
